Lafarge North America

The Re-Systems Group Canada Ltd. was engaged by Lafarge to seal the 84 COB02 Pit.

Due to a combination of high tides and a high water table this coveryor pit was subjet to routine flooding due to seepage through the slab, walls and cold joints. As a consequence a mixture of cement powder spilled from the conveyor system and river water created a maintenance and safety issue.

An application of Turbo Seal U and repair mortars successfully solved this long term problem.

Lulu Island Waste Plant

The Re-Systems Group Canada worked in partnership with North America Construction Ltd to provide a solution to prevent effluent from the Solids Contact Tanks from escaping into the new under construction areas while allowing the facilitie to operate a full capacity.

Sea to Sky University (Squamish, BC)

Located in the Garibaldi Highlands of Squamish British Columbia construction for Quest University’s innovative $100 million state-of-the-art campus began in 2004.

In consultation with Levelton Engineering of Richmond, British Columbia The Re-Systems Group Canada’s G & W Micro Cement injection mortar was chosen as a repair solution for cracked precast panels.

The Re-Sytems Group Canada was engaged by Scott Construction to repair these prefinished architectural panels.

Regent College UBC Campus (Vancouver, BC)

Metropolis at Metrotown

Located in the “Heart of Burnaby” The Metropolis is home to 470 retail stores. The mall offers a direct connection to Skytrain and over 8500 parking spots. Most of the parking is located in 2 levels consisting of surface and underground parking.

Having recently under gone an extensive renovation the mall continued to experience a persistant leak in the newly renovated area.

After numerous attempts failed to correct this leak The Re-Systems Group was engaged to employ our “Restorative Membrane System”.

Upon successful completion of this installation The Re-Sytems Group was requested to consult with the mall management on a number of maitenance issues.

Wal-Mart (North Vancouver, BC)

Located on the North Shore of Vancouver in the Capilano Shopping district this Wal-Mart retail store recently underwent renovations.

The Re-Sytems Group Group Canada was engaed by Bird Constrution Company to resurface the concrete floors in the TLE automotive centre.

A combination of G & W Micro Topping Mortar and epoxy coating gave this automotive service area a modern new look.

Abbotsford Agricultural Centre

 The Animal Health Centre (AHC) was officially opened in the Central Fraser Valley community of Abbotsford in July 1995.

In cosultation with Stantec Architecture of Vancouver The Re-Sytems Group of Canada’s Poly AS (Turbo Seal) was chosen to assit in the fast trac construction of this facilities expansion.

Due to Turbo Seal ability to waterproof green, moist and imperfect concrete The Re-Systems Group of Canada was engaged by Van Bots Construction to assist in keeping this project on schedule and on budget.

Vancouver General Hospital (Energy Centre Project)

The Re-Systems Group of Canada helps the Vancouver Hospital Energy Centre steam ahead.

Redevelopment of the Vancouver General Hospital campus reached a milestone at the end of November as the new VGH Energy Centre steamed into action.

Designed by Bunting Coady Architects of Vancouver with aesthetic flourishes by artist Alan Storey, the stylish power plant at West 12th Avenue and Willow Street is the final element in an eight-year initiative to complete the Jim Pattison pavilion.

The Re-Systems Group of Canada was engaged by Van Bots C0nstruction to under take this most challenging project.

The project was to convert a leaking below grade 9000 sqaure foot diesel storage bunker into a fresh water backup resevoir for the new Energy Centre boiler packages.

Utilizing a combination of The Re-Systems Group of Canada’s Turbo Seal U “blind side” injection system ,G & W Concrete repair mortars and Atex of Canada’s Poly Top polyurea membrane the company was successful in completing this conversion on time and budget.

Commercial Re-Roof (Richmond, BC)

Bidding on this 17 plus year old 4 ply BUR roof in East Richmond, The Re-Systems Group Canada was successful in securing this re-roofing project.

Utilizing The Re-Systems Group of Canada’s Turbo Seal cold proccessed re-roofing membrane, the company completed this leak free installation and supplied the owners a 20 year limited warranty.
