Located in the Vancouver suburban city of Surrey, Central City was chosen as the world’s best overall new development at the 2004 MIPIM awards in Cannes France.

The 25 storey AAA office tower offers over 1 million sq ft office space, a 400 foot galleria and adjacent amenities. Central City is home to Simon Fraser University’s Surrey Campus, and the Central City shopping mall features fine retailers such as The Brick, Best Buy, Home Sense, and T&T Supermarket.

The mall’s engineering department presented The Re-Systems Group a very unique set of challenges with respect to it’s aging and leaking parking structures.

Repair all leaking areas without the removal of the concrete toppings.

Upon presentation of The Re-Sytems Group’s “Restorative Membrane System” the management of Central City awarded the company numerous repair contracts.
