London Plaza, located in the heart of Richmond, is a mixed-used building with retail, office, and high-rise residential components. The structure is fourteen years old and is anchored by London Drugs, TD Bank, and Milestone’s. The Re-Systems Group Canada successfully repaired several areas on the plaza level where they were leaking on top of occupied space. By injecting Turbo Seal, there was no need to take off any of the concrete topping in the plaza where there is continuous foot traffic. Once again, The Re-Systems Group Canada was able to restore the waterproofing membrane in a cost-effective, hassle-free way.
