The Re-Systems Group Canada repaired two major leaking areas over joint areas in a parkade in Richmond. The water was leaking into storage rooms and on top of the residents’ vehicles. First, the cracked asphalt layer over the joints were removed and prepared. Then the wet joint filler was removed and replaced by backer rod, Turbo Seal, and joint sealant. The entire area was newly waterproofed with Turbo Seal capped by Turbo Sheet and new blacktop was placed along with newly formed joints on the asphalt surface.
